On our team we can count on a health and safety expert in the workplace who carefully verifies that all guidelines and regulations of the several trade associations are met.


The regulations of the Food and Veterinary Office in matters of work clothing, sewage works, and sterilization of meat processing equipment must be adhered to as well.


Product safety also includes a meat inspection process.


In order to guarantee an efficient meat processing cycle we constantly verify the functionality of meat processing techniques inside our company, working always with cutting-edge technology.


Trichinella testing is carried out by the Food and Veterinary Office in our in-house laboratory.


Our company constantly ensures that the sewage works system is functioning according to environmental law. Solid waste in the sewage works are removed by a self-cleaning drum filter.
